Micah was born in the US in 2018. Energetic and funny, Micah enjoys all sports but is shining in baseball at second base. He loves being silly and making everyone around him laugh and smile. He enjoys Math and Science when homeschooling and dives head first into anything having to do with animals.

Emma was born in Mexico in 2015. Since she was a baby she loved to smile and capture everyone’s attention. It’s no shock that she then has enjoyed being on stage, especially when doing ballet. We always say her superpower is making friends and making everyone feel welcomed. She loves to read and learn of far and distant places, dreaming of everywhere she’ll go while doing Social Studies in homeschool.

Both Sam and Shadai were born and raised in Mexico: Shadai to Mexican parents and Sam to missionary parents. They met in a ministry in 2003 and have continued serving God through different types of ministry. In 2011, three years after having been married, they started a school using Accelerated Christian Education. They saw the lives of both students and families impacted with the Gospel. It was during this time that they discerned God’s calling to long term missions, joining Mesa Global in 2015.
We are part of many things, enjoying the opportunity we have to be available.
Sam is the Regional Leader for the Mesa Global missionaries in Mexico. He is responsible for planning the annual conference, establishing strategic partnerships in the region, and interviewing, onboarding, and assisting new missionaries. He serves the region alongside a team, which makes such a big task possible.
Sam works with the A.C.E. headquarters at a global level, mainly in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America through conventions for educators and students as well as staff trainings. Both Sam and Shadai support Mexican schools that use A.C.E. with any procedure, ministry, or spiritual needs.
Shadai offers support and community to many homeschool parents throughout Mexico. It is not exclusive to families using A.C.E. because homeschooling is not recognized by most governments throughout Latin America and there are many mistakes that are made along the way.
Shadai has been supporting Amanecer, a ministry in Oaxaca dedicated to reach sex trafficking victims, by donating new books for the children of some mothers. Sam has been supporting Alcance Subterráneo, a ministry dedicated to reach the lost in the underground scenes, by offering experience in support raising.
